Concealed shower sets are installations where the water supply pipe for the bathroom shower is pre-buried inside the bathroom wall in advance. This type of installation needs to be planned ahead of time during the renovation process, burying the water supply pipe inside the wall and exposing only the shower head and switch,  to achieve a simple and beautiful effect.   A concealed shower is a more discreet type of installation. During installation, the main part of the showerhead is mounted inside the wall, exposing only the spout. This method of installation requires an excavation in the wall to house the shower and its connecting pipes. 1. Wall grooving:

According to the parameters of the plumbing direction and the height of the shower set, use the slotting aid to draw the specific slotting position on the wall. Perform slotting on the wall, the recommended slotting dimensions for the body of the pre-embedded box are 10 cm long, 20 cm wide, and 4 cm deep (specific dimensions may vary from product to product, refer to the product manual).

2. Clean the foreign matter in the groove: After opening the groove, carefully clean the gravel, dust, and other foreign matter in the groove to ensure that the groove is smooth and neat.

3. Hot melt connection of water pipe: connect the PP-R water supply pipe with the main body of the concealed shower valve by hot melt connection. Observe the level meter above the main body and adjust the horizontal position to ensure that the upper surface of the socket is flush with the wall, so as to facilitate the installation of accessories such as panels in the later stage.

3. Water pressure test: use the external teeth plug to block the outlet, water pressure test to ensure that the connection is not leaking. The main body of the concealed pre-installed box is made of PP-R material, which is connected to the PP-R pipeline by hot fusion, and should enjoy the same pressure test service as the pipeline.

4. Mud and sand backfill: mud and sand backfill at the trenching place, pay attention to the cement that can't cover the main body, to avoid the protective cover can't be dismantled.

5. Tiling: When tiling, pay attention to the size of the tile opening, generally recommended to be 8 cm wide and 17 cm high (specific size should be determined according to the product manual).

6. Do not remove the protective cover before installing the bathroom components to avoid damage to the spool during construction. There is a “tile paste range” indicator line on the protective cover, please make sure that the later tiling surface is within this range.

7. Installation of fittings: After the completion of the tiling, install the top spray, hand shower, panel, handle, and other accessories. Ensure that all fittings are firmly installed and not loose.
