    Structural features of metal hose:

    Production process

    1. Raw material preparation: The main raw material of stainless steel braided hose is stainless steel wire, generally made of 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel. In addition, the inner and outer materials of the hose need to be prepared. The inner material is generally made of PVC, EPDM, silicone, etc., and the outer material is woven with stainless steel wire.
    2. Raw material testing: Before production, the stainless steel wire needs to be tested to ensure that its quality meets the standards, including indicators such as diameter, tensile strength, and elongation.
    3. Polishing: Before braiding, the stainless steel wire needs to be polished to ensure that its surface is smooth and not prone to scratches and rust. Generally, chemical polishing or mechanical polishing is used to remove the oxide layer and impurities on the surface of the stainless steel wire.
    4. Braiding process: The braiding of a stainless steel hose is mainly completed by a braiding machine. According to the specifications and requirements of the hose, a suitable braiding machine is selected for operation. When operating the braiding machine, the braiding speed and tension need to be strictly controlled to ensure the uniformity and stability of the braided hose. During the braiding process, the braided hose needs to be tested regularly, mainly including indicators such as appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, and tensile strength. When problems are found, they are corrected in time to ensure that the quality of the product meets the requirements.
    5. Molding: After weaving, the stainless steel hose needs to be molded, generally using a mold or molding machine to ensure that the appearance and dimensional accuracy of the hose meet the requirements.
    6. Hose processing: According to customer needs, the hose is processed, mainly including cutting, welding, end processing and other processes to meet different usage requirements.
    7. Surface treatment: After molding and processing, the hose also needs to be surface treated, generally using sandblasting, electroplating, polishing and other processes to improve the appearance quality and corrosion resistance of the hose.
    8. Quality inspection: During the production process, the finished product needs to be strictly inspected for quality, mainly including the inspection of indicators such as appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, tensile strength, and pressure resistance. Only products that pass the quality inspection can be packaged and shipped.
    9. Product packaging: Stainless steel braided hoses that pass the quality inspection need to be packaged, generally in plastic bags or cartons, and the product specifications, models, production dates and other information need to be marked on the packaging for easy identification and use by customers.
