Stainless Steel Flexible Braided Hose For Kitchen Faucet
Product description
Stainless steel faucet hot and cold inlet pipe is an important part of connecting the faucet with the water source, which is usually made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant stainless steel material to ensure the hygiene of water quality and the durability of the pipeline.
High-quality stainless steel flexible braided hose for kitchen faucet adopts advanced seamless steel pipe production process, which ensures that the inner surface of the pipe is smooth, not easy to accumulate scale, and has little impact on water quality. This process also makes the pipes have a high pressure-bearing capacity, which can meet the needs of different occasions.

Product Features
● Excellent material: It is mainly braided with 304 stainless steel wire, which has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, ensuring no rust or deformation in long-term use.
● Pressure and temperature resistance: Due to the high-strength braided structure, the hose is able to withstand high water pressure and temperature fluctuations, suitable for hot and cold water systems.
● Burst and Leakage Prevention: The hose is usually equipped with a pressure-resistant inner tube, which combines the protection of the braiding layer and the outer layer to effectively prevent bursting and water leakage.
● Flexible and durable: The hose has a certain degree of flexibility, easy to install and adapt to different spatial layouts, and at the same time wear-resistant and durable, prolonging the service life.
Application
Stainless steel braided hose is mainly used for the connection between kitchen taps and water sources, such as connecting taps for kitchen and bathroom equipment such as washbasins and basins, as well as connecting hot water equipment such as water heaters and kitchenettes. In addition, it can also be used for plumbing connectors such as toilets and shower heads, making it an indispensable plumbing accessory in home and commercial kitchens.

Installation of the hose
Preparation before installation
● Turn off the water source: Before installation, be sure to turn off the water source to ensure that the tap is in a closed state to avoid splashing or leaking during the installation process.
● Cleaning: Remove dirt, sediment, etc. from the faucet interface and hose connection parts to ensure that the connection is clean and free of impurities to ensure the sealing effect.
● Checking the hose: Check whether the stainless steel braided hose is intact, especially whether the braided layer is tight and unbroken, whether the inner material is intact, and whether the connectors at both ends are complete and intact.
Installation steps
● Wrap the raw material tape: Wrap an appropriate amount of raw material tape around the threaded part of the hose connection to enhance the sealing performance. Note, however, that some high-quality hoses may not require additional tape wrapping, as the sealing gasket is sufficient.
● Connecting the hose: Align one end of the stainless steel braided hose with the spout of the tap, making sure that the connector matches the tap connection exactly. Then, gently rotate the hose by hand to screw it into the tap connector, paying attention to even force when rotating to avoid excessive force resulting in thread damage.
● Fixed connection: Use a spanner to gently tighten the connection to ensure that the hose is tightly connected to the tap. But again, be careful not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the threads or the hose.
● Connecting the other end: connect the other end of the hose to the water pipe or water supply system, again taking care to ensure that the connection is sealed and tightened.
Precautions
● Orientation: During installation, pay attention to the orientation of the hose. Some hoses will have arrows or markings indicating the direction of water flow. Make sure the direction of the hose is the same as the direction of water flow to avoid installation errors that could lead to back flow or other problems.
● Check for leaks: After the installation is complete, turn on the water source and carefully check the hose connections for leaks. If there are leaks, turn off the water supply and recheck that the connections are tight or that the sealing washers are installed correctly.
● Avoid twisting: During installation, avoid excessive twisting or bending of the hose to avoid affecting its service life and performance.
● Regular inspection: After the installation is completed, it is recommended that the hose be inspected regularly for wear and tear, aging or looseness, etc., and be replaced or repaired in a timely manner to ensure safe use.
